Hi Ady, yes I think it is!
Yes you can build straight away, but there is no point, I am waiting until I am offered custom villa facilities from PBI. Then I will get them at a fraction of normal price as they are building so many.

I was going to go with 2, but for an extra 18000 up front and possible extra return of 200 - 300 k, I could bring myself to do it, I miss the profit more than the cost basically.

Anyway, I see those 4 plots as 2 plots, as I am joining them.

Infrastructure,, electricity etc is already there, roads are being started and will take about 8 months to do. The permissions are through from the government to start infrastructure.

hi keith

good way of putting it!!!

I couldnt agree more, I am looking at an apartment in Rio, and I cant bring myself to pay it now I know how much I can build and get what I want for.

The apartment is 82000 Euros. I can build a 3 bed villa on the beach for that, and that apartment is tiny and only 2 beds.

I am however having problems with trying to get all my legal docs sorted. I have been to the notary finaly though, and they took the paper and sent it for me. How can I trace it and make sure it is ok? If it goes missing will that affect my completion times, or will i be granted an extension? Im just worrying!!!

thanks!!

go away dotty...

you have selected not to buy yet you know nothing of the project, I have a lawyer who speaks Brazilian, thats good enough for me, I ll leave advice to people I feel should give it, not to people who cant even spell their name.

Your opinions are fast becoming laughable on this web site, and I see why.

Dotty, just out of curiousity, why do you say Coral Beach prices are overinflated?

Do you know what the prices are? I'm inclined to agree with Sarah, to be honest, you don't seem to have a clue what you are talking about.

Smile brazilian market

Brazilians have a wonderful sales trick where the put a building for sale(1 week later they say 50% sold)but they are not the constructor holds properties back and then ups the price then releases or appears on the market the property for sale. This is not flipping property, but a trick commonly used here. So,please I understand you are new here and I do know what I am talking about.Do you speak Portuguese??There are people that can assist you better.I am a personal experienced investor and not an agent, but I am fascinated with what I am reading.

Wink

I am not an agent.I live in Natal and I run an educational business and have done for 10 years and have seen Natal grow in all shapes and form and go downhill in many way aswell. I enjoy these forums because I am interested in what people have to say and exchange of views and have been an investor for many years,so think what you like, but I do not work in property!

dotty, i think you are just a wierdo that sits at home and you enjoy sharing negativity as you believe people will be affected by your statements. Its almost a cry for attention, a bit wierd to find on a property forum.

Anyway, Dotty, best of luck with things, if I was you I would invest in some healthcare.

But stay out of Brazil, as it is sooo terrible.
