Smile Brasilian SCAM!

What is genuine and what is not? When do all you investors know you are getting what you have have paid when it is too late? How many more scams in the North East are infront of all? There are so many going under.I truely believe the best investments made are with the Brazilian developers here who have excellent reputations and not the overseas developers. I have never seen anything quite like it .It appears that 2/3 of the largest projects have gone under and many foreigners and I am sure some Brazilians have lost their money. For all you over keen investors be very, very careful when using overseas developers and do your homework first(they are not all dishonest)

Max ,as yet none, however you only have to visit the beaches and read the newspapers to see and they dont appear to be Brasilian companies except for the hotel in Via Costeria that was being built by BRA who bankrupt last year and now another overseas most recent Grupo Sanchez owing 200 million euros .

Your grammer, or lack there of (sorry ) indicates you are not a native english speaker. I'm curious, who are you? What is your background? What is your job? Do you work for _____? Are you a man, perhaps a woman? What are you selling here on this Forum?

About your question--right off the top, I know 3 Gringos that lost their ass on real estate deals in Brazil.

Thanks for your time.
