BLC - please read the previous post for the answer. There are different prices in different closed condo's.

One point for these lot owners to remember- once the infrastructure is in, pools, playground, gym, party room, bbq ETC ETC. THE LOT OWNERS WILL BECOME LIABLE FOR THEIR SHARE OF CONDO CHARGES, WHETHER OR NOT THEY BUILD THE HOUSE! How many of these "resort" developments explain that in their publicity?

It was just an example i was thinking M May / Beanahavis Rd ect I remember the prices were 300.000 € sometime ago antway in Marbella you have many villas
miles from the beach so why not in Brazil? time will tell i guess. In Ceara its not easy to buy beach lots 500m2 anymore you would have to pay 150.000 Brl in Canoa on the Paraiso canoa L/mento

Palma Do Mar is a superb site in Paraiba.
The plots of land are on a 5 star site with hotel, swimming pools, bars, restuarants, tennis courts and mini golf. The development is only 1.5km from the sea and in the contract etc it is written in that the developer will build it. I can provide all the information needed for this development. The plots that are left now start at 15,750 Euros for a 350sq/m plot with outline planning for a 3 bed villa with 3x2 private pool. A major hotel chain is taking on the hotel so there are no worries at all on this development.

PLease contact me if i can help you any more, we have everything that an investor could need and the contract and been check by my Uk lawyer and everything is in place. I am that happy with this development that you can reserve a plot for 1,000 Euros and if the lawyer you choice find anything wrong with the contract that we can not sort out we will refund the 1,000 euros back to you straight away

Who are the developers and what other projects do they have in Brasil?
I have just read that it's 1.5 kilometers from the sea.Is this a holiday resort or residential condo?
If you are investing as a foreign investor with the hope of a quick dip in the sea a morning walk,a bit of yoga ,ou'll find it's quite a trek back to your house for a beer, salami,cheese and olives !What do you think??

Developers are Green Land Securities and they are doing Palma Do Mar & Oasis Do Mar and are about to launch some apartment up the coast. These are good developers, i have had there contracts check and every thing is in it and all the paper work is correct. It is about 10/15 mintues walk to the beach which is not that far and it is a perfect investment for any buy as Villas rental out between £450/£500. If you want to email your details i will send you all the packs, rental returns etc.

The site has loads of facilities on it and as an investment plots have go up by near 69% in the passed 12 months. I can provide the figures etc if you would like and copies of contracts etc

Hi Rob

Yes, the people were friendy, the sites are on the hills look towards the sea once you go under the bridge. The place will look amazing in the next few years and that why i believe that it is a good investment now.

Joao Pessoa the town centre is nice and looks of things to see and the beaches are sandy and beautiful.

Have you been and what did you think ?

Hi ID,

I have been to JP, Jacuma, the beaches around there and on site. As far as the plots go, we don't usually deal in loteamentos for various reasons and at the moment we are sticking to the areas we specialise in so we don't list anything in JP.
