I am looking to sell anapartment near Nessebar in Sunny beach. It is 50.8m2 brand new in a very nice modern building with all luxuries and amenities. Only 200m from the beach. I am looking for 44,500 euros.

Anyone knows estate agents I could use?

Best bet would be to hang a banner on your balcony advertising the apartment for sale.
You may struggle to find agents who will take on resales while the off plan market is still strong

For genuine resales I can help but you are likely to have to accept much less than you want for apartment as prices around Sunny Beach stagnating if not falling. Over developed, over hyped and over priced.

Yeah I bought an apartment there through Platinum Scandinavia.
It seems like a good project, but the website has gone silent since July 2007 with the building updates. Hope everything is going according to the plan. Anyone who has some more information?

I think there are many places worth the money.

for example the property i purchased at Aheloy Beach Residence, Black Sea Coast, Bulgaria

i paid £29'000 for it off plan last year. the properties are still a year from completion and are selling the exact same unit for £34'000.

The difference is the location is amazing i would recommend this resort over a apartment complex in Sunny Beach!!!

I also bought in Kavarna where i purchased a property for £40'000 and they are selling the exact same unit off plan for £50'000. I bought at Moy Holiday Village Bulgaria - Home Page which has similiar credentials as the Aheloy Beach Residence, Black Sea Coast, Bulgaria

There is a thread on this forum where the owner cannot sell his property for LESS then he paid for it,whilst off plan may still be selling what about resales any luck here?..
