We’re a young and fast-growing agency called “Epsilon”. One of our activities’ main directions is mediation in real estates sale-trades.
Since Bulgaria joined the EU on 01.01.2007 there’s huge increase of West Europe citizens’ interest in acquiring property in our country. Main factors which influenced this interest are:
- Pleasant climate conditions and natural beauties;
- Modern summer, winter, and rural tourism base which was built during the last two decades and is still growing;
- Low cost of real estates that makes Bulgaria a welcomed place for foreign investments.
We’re a team of specialist in different spheres and of different ages but what unites us are our enthusiasm and our willingness to constantly expand our market positions.
Epsilon offers several kinds of services but special attention is paid to co-operation and client exchange with similar foreign agencies. So far, we’ve established close relations mainly with Greek partners.
Our office is located in the centre of district Blagoevgrad – Blagoevgrad which is located 90 km away from the capital Sofia and 80 km away from the Greek border. We have good positions in South West of Bulgaria which territory coincides with the district. Here’s located the European ski centre Bansko, and the world wide known balneological and spa resort Sandanski, and many other marvelous places unknown for most foreigners as well. We’re expanding our range in the whole country gradually. Epsilon now is in a process of building a network of partners in several EU countries. Our actions are dictated by the increasingly growing interest of Greek, German, Austrian and English citizens who started buying property in Bansko, Sandanski and nearby villages, and Blagoevgrad where our office is located.
