There is a reputable rental and management company on site; it is in a perfect location 250m to 2 gondola stations and you can get 2 bedroom apartment for Euros 70,375 (approx GBP54,000), 1 bedroom for Euros 44,529 (approx GBP34,200), and one studio for Euros 34,405 (approx GBP26,000).
