Hey, wildperson

Have you not noticed that this is the Bulgarian forum?

If you have something to say about those who are cheating people, then please say it straight and come forward with details backed up with written supporting evidence.

As I'm sure you will understand, your posts will be deleted if you continue in this vein.

If you are a sales agent, I suggest you go to the Turkey property forum if you have properties for sale in that area.

All the best and thanks for your understanding

OK, lets get some real facts here so that everyone out there can make an informed judgement for themselves. I have been absent from forums for several weeks now...appologies but I have been liaising in person with the Bulgarian police on these matters, hence my inability to keep posting regularly.

Latest Update Facts.
I spent a whole month in Bulgaria trying to sort out mine and other peoples property problems arising from dealing with Debra Paula Butland, Nick Butland, Lynn Symes all of Bulgarian union, formerly Bulgrupo and Pegasus.

I experienced many problems getting the formal complaint lodged. I was given various dates and locations to report to their "serious fraud squad" but these appointments/arrangements were constantly changed and delayed for almost all the month I was there. (I recall Debra Butland screaming one day "You will never get us, we own the police here").

After being given delays and various excuses for not dealing with me, i went higher up (To TOP level....Ministry). Then I was finally given an appointment on the very day my flight left BG! Make of this what you will.
Very good service after this. Inspector for BG ministry plus investigators drove 4 hours to collect my documents and commence formal investigation.

Result: 30th August 2007. 11.00 hrs Lynn Symes interviewed in police station at length. 13.00 Hrs Nick & Debra Butland interviewed for hours.

Direct from mouth of a cheif police officer "there are 6 or 7 other cases involving these people ready in Sofia, awaiting hearing at Bulgarian High Court"

and "they are very well known to police in Sofia following many complaints"

The following week Lynn Symes (Their assistant and 'right hand person') stated herself she had been sacked by Butlands and they had closed their office in Bulgaria.

They are now "working" with an agent in Kusadasi. We HAVE warned this agent of all the problems in BG but he chose to ignore that and become associated with them. We know they are advertising houses and "shell stage" properties in Yavansu and Kusadasi on the internet and claiming to be English agents working with Turkish agent. Their own home in Bg is up for urgent sale with price being reduced several times (check internet ads for proof).

All readers of this can make their own judgements but my own guess is they are doing a runner to Turkey (Non EU laws) to escape problems in BG. (But then I might be a little bias!...perhaps they will stay in BG after all.)

Today a 'victim' of theirs informed me that his BG lawyer is also taking action to get his money back from them....he paid them a deposit and shortly afterwards they closed the office and refuse to respond to him.

British ITV put out a program on TV in August after taking another victim to BG and confronting them for a refund...they obviuosly had good cause to go all way to BG to film them!!!

I am now awaiting initial report as to what action comes next from BG Inspector. I will let you all know as soon as I do.

As for what I have PUBLISHED above...it's all factual and provable...despite Butlands threatening me with Supreme Court action for which i made myself available (and death threats too!) nothing has happened...they know that it is perfectly legal to publish FACT and these they cannot dispute.

So, I now say to all property investors in Bulgaria AND TURKEY now, you should have enough information NOW to make an informed judgement, good luck and BEWARE!

Morning Wildperson

I do not know why you were posting about Turkey in a Bulgarian section, as your post was more relevant to the Turkey board as a potential warning to buyers of property in Turkey.

One cannot go saying things with names included on open forum about people without supporting the statement. Your spurious comment with names led me to ask you to provide hard facts to support your post, that is all.

To clarify to you, we do not sell properties, we are not agents nor connected with any agents. We are independent publishers.

If you have a complaint about moderation of the Bulgarian section, then please do contact Bob at admin.

All the best,

Hi all,

WILDPERSON- Jain is correct in the fact that your post will be served best in the tukish section to forewarn potential purchasers there reather than pon here!

These people we are talking about are dangerous and imoral con artists based on facts from many a people who have been connned by them!

You have to be careful in what you say on these forums as although it is a public forum of free speech and topics, you could still be chased by these companies and be done for slander!!
So baring this in mind you need to ensure that these are facts and not fictional comments!!

Also you are NOT permitted to advertise on this forum without the FORUMS SENIOR MODERATORS CONSENT (who runs the forum) i.e totally property-bob!!!!

Jain is trying her best as a moderator and we mods do not appreciate being verbally attacked for trying to do our job as best as possible!!

Take care all,

See ya D
