Default Investment Property

Hi All

I work for one of the largest European developers in Bulgaria ( Platinum Developments). If anyone needs any help with what to look out for please let me know as i would like to stop people getting rip off by small companies selling poor developments which will never resale.

Bulgaria is a good investment for many resaons if you buy in the right developments
1) GOOD CAPITAL GROWTH ON YOUR INVESTMENT
2) GOOD RENTAL RETURNS
3)LOW COST OF LIVING AND COST PER HOLIDAY
4) STONG HOLIDAY DEST
5) GOOD INFORSTRUCTURE IN COUNTRY
6)LOW COST INVESTMENT

This is why Bulgaria is a good investment for clients, people go wrong when they buy in small developments and buy poor build quality. They can not resale them and then it turns from a good investment to an expensive investment. Hope this has been of help

Hi Platinum

I am english also working for a property company and i agree with what you say to a certain degree, but it is the bigger british agent companys that are the ones to bw worried about, because they load there prices, my advice to clients to buy with companys that introduce you to developers and work directly with them.

Hi tom,
Stay away from old country houses. you will renovate them, but it will be very hard to sell after that. my agent told me that there is no market for houses. the best is to buy apartment that you can let. PM me if you need help with booking a hotel in varna!
good luck!

Default Property Agency For Investment & Retirement Properties

Hi tommer
in the area stated above and a lots more round that area are still good investement. Not just apartments, maybe what you were told about houses in rural areas not been good investment but these places are not rural and houses are still good investment. My self i would rather go for houses than apartment then you do not have yearly fees to pay for ever but that is my opion and people are still going for both round the coast.
