If anyone fancies an upmarket investment on a Black Sea Island investment, this might be worth checking out.

Immofinance and Belview Property Management have broken the ground of a new resort on the island Kolokita (southern Black Sea).

The buildings and the houses will be built in the architectural style of the old town of Sozopol, as the concept is to offer both a luxury and romantic ambience.

Only 147 separate properties - small restaurants, shops, houses for one or two families, a luxury hotel with a SPA center, offices, etc.

The island is located 2km south of Sozopol.

The investment amounts to 45 million euros.

Could be good for those who would like to invest in an island just off the southern Black Sea coast of Bulgaria.
