News just in regarding the addition of new flights from the UK to Bulgaria in the new year.

Low-cost airline easyJet has announced that it will increase the frequency of flights between Sofia and London in response to growing demand. The airline has been flying from Gatwick Airport to Sofia three times a week and says that the high level of interest has prompted it to change this to a daily service.

As ever, when more cheap flights come on board, this will have a positive results. This strong demand for flights suggests that the Bulgarian tourist market will grow once again when the new flights start.

Good news for those with rental accommodation in the country. Also should enhance Bulgaria's status as a good investment for overseas property buyers.
