If you are interested in investing in Bulgaria, and would like to have a good profit from your Bulgarian property just in some years, I must say this is the right moment. The prices of the properties are still very low, but they are increasing quickly. And they will increase a lot especially when Bulgaria will be part of the EU in 2007.

The properties in this area are very beautiful and stable and the prices are really low (from 15.000 euro to 30.000 euro). This area is not developed very well yet, and foreigners are starting to invest now. Because of this in my opinion this is a great place for investment.
