Default Power of Attourney to sell apartments

Can anyone please help?
We need to authorise Power of Attourney to sell our apartments in Bulgaria.
Can this be done from England as we are emigrating to Australia on the 26th of March and do not have time to fly to Bulgaria?

Yes, you need to find a lawyer and can issue an apostile (hope the spelling is the same) from the Bulgarian embassy (any BG embassy would do). the BG embassy will sign your PoA on the name of the lawyer and afterwards it is easy.

Default Poa

You can also get it signed by a notary in your area. May be a bit more expensive but it depends where you live - there may not be an embassy near you.
