Investing in Dubai

Hi,
I am considering purchasing and then letting a property in Dubai. I am not resident in Dubai.

Can anyone please give me some solid advise on any pitfalls or restrictions legal or othwerwise I should be aware of? Is property market still a good investment in Dubai? Can you recommend a reliable independent legal advisor?

In addition I am being offered a studio aprtment in Terra Del Sol, Discovery Gardens, near Sheik Zayed road. Does anyone know this property and what the correct value should be and if there is any negative info on this development?

he propert maket in dubai is safe and sound, you just have to make sure you uy at the right price, at the moment, we are seeing price correction; therefore you will see the same property at variouse prices, acordinly a deep reseeach is a must. in terms of investing in which location in dubai, it realy depends on what your budget is? base on your budget we would be abe to pick he best location and then the best priced property in th market in that location.

Property market in Dubai dead now. It was very active until few months ago like canary wharf property in London , same situation in Dubai also. If you want to invest now think about more. This is not correct time for investments.
