France is around 6% and guaranteed and is continuous. There is nothing near that in Turkey, Italy, UK, USA, Canada, Germany.
Germany yields residential hear are 3 to 5% gross! Even with more and better mortgages you are not going to get higher rental yields!
Spain forget. Egypt Cairo is good, Morocco mmm. lets see. , Dubai where is this headed?, Asia is looking quite interesting.

Good tip is to include a link to this in any info you send out. Gives clients the opportunity to look at prior to travelling on inspections. Some will even make contact to some lawyers on the list asking questions to see who appears best for them.

Goldberg is an organization generally respected throughout this sometimes quagmire-like industry. So why this errant nonsense. I cannot be bothered to waste the time to be more specific. You have more employees than I can afford so you re-check the garbage printed above and correct your own follies. The remainer of us can treat this post with the contempt it deserves. Work out the innaccuracy for yourself.
