personally I wouldn't recommend Turkey for Buy to let investment.
My family have a 3 bed apartment in fethiye which they originally purchased for a buy to let investment.
The rents achieved are very low from local tenants.
The tenants and agents so far have been very unreliable, resulting in us having to update the brand new apartment within one year and replace many items.
However as a holiday let you could possibly be better off if you have a reliable source to look after your investment.

I went to your website and noticed that you do a lot of work in Turkey. Being that Turkey controls North Cyprus, do you have any dealing there?

Teepeeseller, although I think you are right in principle, do you have any suggestion on how an agent/agency can advise his client, who has (in general) no idea on how to find a lawyer in a foreign country?

I think you'll agree that no agent/agency will say to a client "go find a lawyer and than come back" isnt it?

It's simple I just give clients the UK Embassy list of lawyers so client can pick one.
