Property in Fethiye

Hello everyone,
A friend of mine has just returned from Fethiye, where she was looking at property. Because Turkey is such a popular holiday location for UK dwellers, she is thinking about the holiday rental market.

Has anyone here any tips as regards Turkey? I am interested in the area myself, especially the Ovacik/Hisaronu area, and also Kalkan and Turunc.

Hey,
I currently live in the North west of England but am looking to buy a property in Zone 2. Preferably with two bedrooms so I can rent one out to a friend who will help pay my mortgage. My course will be in near Tottenham Court Road, so would be looking for a place that was close to a tube station in zone 2 as I will be returning from college quite late in the evenings.Thanks
