I have a client looking to purchase a plot of land with a current valuation price of circa 5 million euros at a 45% discount. The location is unimportant. Please pm me with details if you have soemthing.

Dear Sir,

I have information for you. In Bali island available land for sale for 15 hectar/1500 Are for land development.( 1 Are is 100 meter square). Good for a resort/villa development, with beach front, river, rice field and mountain view). If interested to invest to the land and can do JV as well to International developer. Approx. 1 hour 30 minutes drive from International airport. Also available a boutique hotel for sale with beach front and rice field access.
