Investy, Thanks for the tip..., seems as though Investors are looking at all resorts to invest in, this is in addition to those on the Plan Azure, people do always mention Saidia & i agree Saidia is an exclusive resorts but its also reflected in the price, 53k gets you an apartment on Palm Beach Resort, your prob looking at 90k for something on Saidia?
