Default calculators for computing the ROI on property investments

I am a mathematician who works in software. One of my hobbies is making online calculators: numericalexample.com - Index.

Because I invest myself I have made some calculators on investing and APR as well.

One of these calculators computes the ROI and the annualized ROI of a single investment, taking margin interest, foreign currency risk, transaction cost and intermediate revenue at a single specified date into account. For this calculator I have given an example to compute the ROI of an equity investment but the calculator can be used for any investment:
numericalexample.com - Return on investment for stock market instruments.

Another calculator computes the annualized ROI of a property investment over a number of years taking all intermediate costs and revenue into account:
Return on investment taking intermediate deposits and withdrawals into account

A third calculator compares a number of parameters of three types of mortgages:
Loans: compare different types of repayment schemes

Any feedback is appreciated.
