I have apartments on sale in Bodrum / Turkey. Excellent place to live actually. Many many british people live. My apartments are on sale on different comissioners for about 60.000 pounds depending on the placement. I would probably say that Morocco is a pretty good bet, some parts of Spain still seeing good investments and it is pretty much a buyers market on the Costa del Sol at the moment.

Not even seen Egypt up there on a wise place to invest, but hey may be next thing!
