Default I sold 8 properties in two days
I've had enough of agents! There are plenty of ways to sell your own property without having to fork out thousands to realtors. I recently sold 8 properties in 2 days (from one of my developments sites) by myself after 2 realtors having had them for 6 months! Very frustrating.

Nothing takes the place of an enthusiastic vendor - I've now learned - and one that's prepared to deal and be creative with purchasers. If you'd like a free cheat sheet on how I did it - email me.
