We can offer you ways in which to make that 55K work for you quite easily in the property markets of today. I can offer you advice on stage payments, finance, leveraging, exit strategies and strong investment opportunities.
55K is not a small figure and you should be able to achieve enough growth out of it over the next five years by diversifying etc to give yourself a very substantial portfolio. Do drop me a line, I will be glad to help you.

Hello Paddio,
Welcome to the site.
55,000 Euros can be used in many ways in Turkey. You can buy one or two apartments in the touristic area of Turkey where I work (as an estate agent) and where I invest myself. Capital Growth is between 20 and 45% here (and please other members do not shoot me down for stating that....it differs per area and property, obviously, but that is the trend in this area).
Alternatively, a sound investment in Istanbul for a domestic rent is a possibility. Domestic rents in Istanbul are very high hence an investment there represents a good little earner.
You will get a lot of responses to your mail. Think about why you want the property and what usage it will be put to..this will help you to choose the right destination for you.
Good Luck with what you decide to do.
Regards
Sunny Days

Default Loads of opportunities

No doubt this thread will go on and on and on with world-wide opportunities, but best one I´ve heard of this week was 7000 Euros down on a French leaseback, 3000 Euros in Finance costs, 65 Euros a month in life assurance and the lease back covers nearly all of the mortgage repayments. The value of the property was 343.000 Euros, and at 7% Capital Growth, it wouldn´t take a very long time to see a very decent ROI. Depends what your investment strategy is?
