Talking My Personal Opinion for the Perfect Place under the Sun.

The perfect place under the sun - Sozopol.
Sozopol is a small anciant town in Bulgaria, ages ago known under the name of Apolonia. The first settlement on the site dates back to the Bronze Age and it had many names but under the name of Apolonia it reached its golden age.
The town established itself as a trade and naval centre. It kept strong political and trade relations with the cities of Ancient Greece.
The symbol of the town was the anchor, present on all coins minted by Apollonia since the sixth century BC, is proof of the importance of its maritime trade.
The rich town soon became an important cultural centre. At these times it was called Apollonia Magna.
Sozopol was Christianized early, but it still remained of great importance for the Roman Catholic Church.
Art flourished in the Christian era. The ancient icons and magnificent woodcarving in the iconostases are a remarkable accomplishment of the craftsmanship of these times. The architecture of the houses in the old town from the Renaissance period makes it a unique place to visit today.
In present days Sozopol grows and flourishes as a favorable tourist destination, which gives the bread on the table for many local people.
While it became bigger it divided in two parts. The Old Town of Sozopol was preserved in the way it looked in the days of the Renaissance with its typical style and architecture and the unique romantic atmosphere of Apolonia.
The New Town of Sozopol, is a living place for many people, local ones and others, who want to touch the romance and be closer to this unique atmosphere. That's why Sozopol is not only a tourist holiday place, it is a town functioning through the whole year.
It has social and administrative buildings, schools, diskos, cafes and restaurants, shops and markets, medical service and everything needed for one to live a normal life.
More over, Sozopol has to offer the perfect places for a true sea lover - wide soft-sand beaches for those who like leisure and sun-baths and rocky nooks, suitable for swimming and especially interesting for the divers.
But how can it be described in words if You haven't been there and felt it?
Just useless to say more...

...And about the "real estate manner"
Just see this:
Sozopolis – a residential village of neat houses in old Bulgarian style, with a stronghold wall, a tower, museum exhibition and restaurations, together with luxury and comfort. 147 units – authetntic detached and semi-detached houses, shops, offices and places of amusement, each built in the style of old Sozopol.
The project is brand new and will lay on 88 500 sq.m. From the land of Kolokita peninsula, only 2 km to the south of Sozopol.
Price from 2400 EUR/sq.m.
