Cost of your time in Selling a house

Hi everyone.

If you had to estimate the amount of hours you spent in a typical sale of a home, what would it be. This would include everything ie. meeting with the client, putting together flyers, open houses, negotiations, phone calls. Everything related to the sale of the home. Do you include the cost of time spent in selling a house?

How much time on average and cost of time investment?
