Default Cape Town - South Africa??
Does anyone have any experience/tips/inside knowledge/advice regarding investing in Cape Town?

I have heard mainly good things about how the property prices in SA in general and especially Cape Town are continually rising, with the 2010 World Cup there is greater interest and development and the fact that you can get so many ZAR to the GBP.

Any thoughts would be most appreciated.....

Hi Tim,

I am a local buyers agent here in Cape Town, as well as a very active property investor

I am a UK ex pat, but have lived here for 20 years now. I dont know if you have been or not, but its plain to see that Cape Town is certainly the most beautiful city in the world.

Cost of living is relatively low, climate is perfect, everyone speaks English & property is still reasonably priced!

I can tell you anything & everything you need to know
