Default Buying in Croatia

Hi everyone
Sorry if this is in the wrong thread (too many to choose from!)

Well anyway, my problem is...I am going to buy some property in Croatia, but my bank and other places have refused me a loan (damn!)...I know my credit history is excellent unless I have been a victim of ID theft...

I wonder if anyone knows of any places in Croatia where I could take out a loan or somewhere that will do a mortgage plan for a foreigner

PS. I am from Britain

Thanks in advance

Default Buying in Croatia

Hello Austin,
I know some Austrian banks are loaning money, but I think that the maximum is 50%. Croatia is still pretty much in the dark ages where financing is concerned. There is a lot of uncertainty about title searches etc. Here is a good website for you to check propertycroatia.proboa...rd=Croatia

Good luck,

Hay Austin,

Maybe I can help you. I?m Croatian and if you like I can contact some agencies, just to ask the possibilities. Do you know in which part you want a property. I know for a fact that seaside is as much as 200% more expensive than countryside. Let me know..
Greetings
Thanks
