Seeking good projects for investing...where can I find deals?

I spent some years looking for the right project from Bulgaria to the Caribean.

I plumped for something safe that is having the Meds largest marina built called Saidia. Its backed by the King of Morocco and seems to have far more facilities on the development than any other I found in the Med.

I am still concerned on Moroccos rental yields. And it is quite a high price tag now.

Good leverage 80%

Guaranteed Rentals
800.000 too few houses
Pays us shockingly low commissions.
But good for investors. *cant have it all.

Again every ones situation is different if you are minted investor and you dont want to earn income you might want to take something that grows in value and does not generate income.

If you are skint you want something that gives you money.

It depends on you and your situation.

Its also easy to buy and sell -no lawyers necessary .If you want to rent out your property , you get a single check, in advance , for the WHOLE YEAR. Where else can you get that? After the govet opened up the place to freehold properties, its going up all the way .
