Hi all,

I would like to hear from any expert out here that could tell me whether they are happy with the advice they can get from their offshore investment advisers. Secondly, is it true that in some places - Hong Kong, Singapore - you are likely to be cold called once a week?

I am an adviser working in Australia that is thinking about making the move to work as an offshore adviser.

You had better have thick skin. Even if you are the best in the world- there are plenty of cowboy operations that will give you a bad name. It can get demoralising as hell.
