Default Banners on apts?

I mentioned this on a previous thread but opening it up for discussion. Do complex managers allow for sale banners on apts?

Even if it is free hold, there will be a home owners association with rules.

Hi,

It simply depends on the rules of the community. Check with the President of each community.
