Welcome all,
An area near Tokorora (approximately 25 hectares) is to be subdivided and turned into a modern housing estate complex. The area is to be developed into a self supporting housing estate complete with shops, clinic, a local police station and all modern amenities.

It is expected that 50 completed houses will be on the market by the end of 2005. We are now accepting expressions of interest from interested parties.

A typical 2 bedroom house in this block will sell at between Kina 300,000 and Kina 350,000. Finance is available to qualified purchasers subject to certain conditions.
