For me the lack of onsite beach and marina render these developments a fairly poor 'investment'. Cant see rentals being good as I expect most owners will get just 2 or 3 months per years rent at best.

personally i dont think they are investments but more of a lifestyle choice. Spain to me though as a long term bet still the best option and Polaris World offers the second home investor a ok safe long term product that should outperform high interest accounts.

For my own money i still think marbella is the best bet

seems like a loads of b*llocks tbh. I don't understand why people would want to use them. You can find, larger, cheaper and more suitable properties using your own brain or resources online...
