A good starting point would be to cover your "assets"!!!.

On a serious note, make sure you only make any payments into an Escrow Account with a developer registered with The Dubai Land Registry. That way the developer will only get paid monies upon reaching certain milestones.

Alex,

Google "RERA" which stands for Real Estate Regulatory Authority and then follow instructions by searching for your particular company to see if it is on their list. Good Luck

Hello,

Im looking for everything now. It seems i can't find much about this company should i steer clear from it??? Do many people try scam people outside of UAE in UAE?? I found there panflet at work ( I work at Melbourne airport ) inside a baggage container from DXB. So it seems to me they "appear" legit but are they really?? The email's sound professional but apparently there's no fee's which doesnt make sense.. i was reading up somewhere you NEED to pay some sort of Fee's in Ajman for the Govt. etc?

Thanks. Sorry for the questions
Alex
