Hi

I am new to this forum but currently looking to invest USD on overseas properties and actually went to a seminar where Buccament Bay was featured. It seems an interesting opportunity but what do people think of this type of scheme where they offer a 10% return on the first two years followed by a 50/50 share based on room occupancy rates for the following years?

Does anyone know much about St Vincent?
