Looking for an Hotel

I was out in Dominican in January looking at hotels, found a nice one in Sosua. Two doors down from where I was married. Unfortunately things have gone a bit quiet now and the agent isn't much help either. Now I know what things are like in DR, I live in Spain and when I bought my buiness out here there were no 'books' and things take a long time. However a trip to DR is not something I want to do every month. So I am now looking again while this one drags on. So if anyone knows of any good 'turnkey' hotels please let me know. Any price considered upto $5,500,000.

Are you just looking in Dominican Republic or would you consider turnkey resorts elsewhere?

Yeah maybe. Obviously I want to stay with the Caribbean. I do not want Europe, have done that now want to try further away. Need some constant sun on the old bones!!

Hi mark, yes I got your message, unfortunately when I was back in the UK. Am now back in Spain. Yes I am still looking and the original hotel I looked at have now aid that they have some books to send me. We'll wait and see.

Yes will look at anything providing the price is right. Find out from them if they are interested in selling and what sort of price.

Do you have a link for this hotel so I can take a look at it?
