Syndicate for China Property Investment

Hi,

I am looking for investors who are interested in joining a syndicate for investment in mainland China property. I have been doing this for nearly a year now and have purchased a dozen properties on my own account. Although I have not realized any gains, I believe I have made good total returns, including an average yield of around 6%.

I cannot get bank debt, and so I am going to have to do this with 100% equity. The good thing is that this reduces the risk of the investment. The bad thing is that this increases the amount of capital required.

I can structure the collective investment in any way that the members of the syndicate like. I have a number of ideas of how this might be done, but here is not the place to be discussing that.
