Dear Lysos what is exclusive in this project is first of all the area chich is at the moment not so developed in a very green area and at the same time is close enough to everything and what is unique is the architecture our building quality and all the above that descripe the project which i think you didnt spend a minute to read before your hostile comment. But anyway if you need more details i'll be happy to gow thru them. Best regards

I know the Paphos area well, and there was nothing hostile about my comments, but you use the standard developers terms. Looking at the adverts for all the developments in the region (and there are many) the terms "exclusive", "unique" and "luxury" are fairly standard, and therefore fairly meaningless in themselves. All developers boast of their build quality.

I did take the trouble to visit the website (which you forgot to include in your post) and your development seems no better or worse than any other in the area (which, incidentally, may be green now, but for how long ?. I can remember when the Cynthiana Hotel stood in splendid isolation, out of town, miles from any other building).

Dear Lysos , first of all i didn't know that we have a website and you manage to find it , cause last minute i checked website is still in the hands of the MIT under construction and nothing uploaded so if you found my website anywhere tell me where it is so you'll save me some money . I can see that you can guess everything so there is no reason for me spending time explaining to you anything. I can see you are not fancy at Pafos so no problem we have democracy , at least we do , so i can't realize what your comments are up to . I suppose you like or you want to "promote" some other areas , no problem but find a more gentle way to do that you don't need to underestimate the other areas to do so . So if you know things so well and you know how all developments are and that all are the same thing why you've spend your precious time on that. Anyway if i misunderstood anything forgive me and if you still have some questions you want to do be glad to discuss with you, best regards and have lovely weekend.

Dear dpolyk,

Firstly, my apologies. I was looking at a development called EDEN Heights located near Paphos. However, my comments about the words used in agents' advertising still stand. They all use the same phrases, so as I said, they become meaningless. I have no axe to grind nor do I wish to 'promote' any particular area. As it happens I am buying a place @ 15 minutes from Polis. Paphos has it's own attractions, I just prefer Polis area.

I wish you, too, a pleasant (and profitable) weekend.

Dear Lysos

First of all i'm not an agent but represent developing company if that make any difference , i know that below my user name is written Premium Agency Member and i dont know if and from where i change that , to be honest just noticed . I checked the forum is not only for agents but for developers as well so let me apologize for that. Polis is fantastic and i really enjoy my time when i visit , is outstanding place and i hope you enjoy your time and living there. Is true that in all advertisements agents and developers may over do it sometimes but i think that there is no reason to be so suspicious, is better to give them a chance first to prove if they are right or not and if what they say represents the product they offer . Anyway not bad feelings hope you all the best and maybe one day i'll meet you up to the marina of Polis for a beer. Cheers
