Does anyone know if many of the developers in Paphos have gone out of business as hinted at in the press? If so how does it affect properties on a complex where some properties have their Title Deeds and others do not?

There have been a lot of rumours about developers going out of business but so far it is all just rumours.
Some of the names that have been bandied about are definitely still building.
