Interested in property in cyprus

Property management/rental

Hi
We have purchased a 2 bed appartment at Kalavasson mid way betweem Larnaca and Limassol, due for completion end of 2009. We are looking to find out information on property management and letting services, also insurance services. These are provided by the developer (Quality) and our estate agent (ERA) but we are looking to get as much info as possible. Any info or advice would be greatly appreciated
