Default Court costs

£5000 is not a lot to pay to go to court, in France you have to pay up front as well.
Why dont you do it the poor mans way which is slower but still gets the same result and costs you nothing.
If you have been robbed, then walk into a police station and make a complaint.
An investigation will be carried out and if you are correct you will be compensated.
If you had a complaint in GB, if you wrote to Gorden Brown I am sure he would not phone you back either.
