Buying to rent in Paralimni..who can help?

HI all...
Gosh ultimately I found out a good site on property. We are buying 3 bed detached villa near Paralimni due to be finished in Dec. Still a bit worried about how to rent and who can take care of it as we still both work full time . We are not very good on this computer either... We will be retiring in about 5 yrs and intend to live out there then....anyone in a similar position and can help us out.....

Hi erika and Jeff you are in the same position that myself and Janet were in we found that it is quite easy to rent out your villa in the right position we have one which is just up from the Golden Coast Pernera that we rent out I would recommend a management company called Hopkins Property they are very genuine people who take pride in there work they have looked after our villa very successfully. Also ask your developer if they do lettings as they tend to like letting there own properties to potential clients. I hope this helps Rob
