Offer for VIP launch

I have very exclusive offer for the investors. Below are the details:

• This project is expected to be launched at AED 2500(not confirmed). Shahrukh might change the price per sqft.
• Minimum 25 units deal for the investors.
• But 25 units will be allotted to 5 different passports(5units each passport)
• Cheques for the 'expression of interest' will be issued to the Shahrukh khan's own development company.
• Each unit 'expression of interest' cheque will be appx. AED, 50,000
• Investor(s) will be invited to the VIP laucnh where prices will be announced.
• A special 5% discount will be given to the investors on the price announced by Shahrukh Khan
• Launch of

the project is in November 2008

2% commission is payable by the investor. Investor gets 3% profit (right after the VIP launch as he will buy on a discounted price)
