I need to sale ASAP:

One bedroom in Lincoln park west side Dubailand,i Bought for 787,000AED, have paid 30%. it is on the 3rd floor, has two balconies, 833Sq.ft. one parking bay included. will be ready on early 2010. i want what i paid one year ago as i can not pay the installment.
After the next 10% payment the new buyer will not have to pay untill the completion of 1st floor structure.

Ajman, Emirate city,Savannah tower on the 17th floor, lake veiw, 978 Sq Ft, one bedroom and study room,with parking, will be ready on last quarter of 2009. i bought for 408,000AED, have paid about half. i want to sell ASAP for the same i bought.

Dubai silicon oasis- axis residence, Building 2, top floor on the 8th, one bedroom 944 Sq Ft,will be ready june 2009, AED 1,332,700, i have paid 5% another 5% needs to be paid and the rest 1% each months. Just want the 5% i have paid.

I am open to very nearest offers as well.

Dear Martin,

I have been to Icon Tower 2 and spoke to the engineer who told me that completion would take approximately another 3 months. I have offerd your studio to investors, but due to its seize and current market conditions, your asking price of 1.000.000 AED was not competitive. If we can review the price, I can bring you more suitable offers.
