Hi All,

As we all know, market has paced down a bit and people are panicking. Why not to take advantage of the situation. I have some properties which are on amazing offers. If you have funds, don't wait to buy them cause we all know that Dubai's market is still strong. Flippers had to move out anyways.

So now the actual property deals start. Dubai has following sectors which will hold the attention of the world and will increase incoming liquid cash for a very long time:
  • Tourism
  • Education
  • Media
  • Trade
  • Transport
  • Tourism
  • Industry
  • Finance

Below is the link of my EXCEL sheet 'Direct Availablities'.

The attached list has the following details:

1. Units
2. Floors
3. Buyback offers
4. Pre launches
5. Plots

Please note that many units are available without a premium and some are available on lowest premiums in town. As all the properties are direct with me, any serious offer can be entertained and the premiums can be negotiated.

i have a 1 bedroom unit in badrah phase 2....796 sq feet...can u tell an approximate price it would sell for...10% is paid to nakheel...and o.p was 12,10,500 aed

Who the hell is Warren Buffet !!!!!!
His fund lost almost 45% since August 2008 !!! which mean in Asset he lost over $100bl (more information Type: Berkshire Hathaway Inc.

No no, just got curious and wanted to know if the guys above got the deal or rent required?

Gives some idea of whats happening.

The thing is i am a UK residence and would need finance in UAE with no deposit to put down ! If you get me !! ;-)

Dont play with our sentiments already we buyers investors are stuck hopeless, tell us who will buy our properties which are just sand and we have already made payments for the sand.....be realistic

I have found a tenant!! Was also lucky to find a really proactive real estate agent - so the studio is still for sale but at least i have a tenant in it!
