We are looking for British investors who own property in Dubai. Whether you have purchased for long term rental or you are actively looking to resell I would like to hear from you.

We have local investors in the UAE and Russia who are looking to buy your properties for cash.

The GBP-AED exchange rate has shifted 25%-30% in the past 2 years. This means that even in a slowing market, British investors can still realise profits from a sale on the Dirham.

Another reduced from AED 430 to AED 410 ....

My purchased cost is 475 AED per sq ft.
Currently cost by developer is 550 AED per sq ft.
