hi guys, i have already rented my place in italian sector for 46K via ARY. But obviously now rents are atleast 49-50K for one cheque and next yr asper law i will have to rent it to the same tenant for the same price irrespective of the market and irrespective if the maintenance charges increase !!1

The solution to changing my tenant and getting a new one???

Any advice???
