Approximate Size of Plot: 925 Sq. Feet
Approximate Size of built up property: 732 Sq. Feet

I have received notice of completion and handover date, which is before 17th December but due to my circumstances I won't be travelling before 10th of january 2008, which means I will be taking possession sometime in mid January.

Apartment is unfurnished as at today but I will furnish it. I don't know exactly what kind of rent I will receive but from here and there I heard 55-60K.

From what I heard and read, in 45K you can get a studio apartment but again deposit has to be paid separately. Maintenance and insurance should be paid be landlord, I don't see any problem in that if I rent out.

Thanks for the reply riz, i already have a studio in mind at 40K so not looking further as i am happy with the view and place etc, but i was in a bash for getting an 1 br apartment for a friend of mine .. hopefully i'll let you know first thing in the morning tomm if its ok or not ..

Can you please tell me what is your budget? And to give you and idea, please know that the rents are starting from 95-98 to 120k PA in the CBD buildings. If thats ok with you and it is within your budget, then let me know I might be able to get one for you.

any other location other than CBD, can wait for 1-2months too if anything is awaiting completion.

Yes the rent is going on now-a-days Dhs.55,000/= per annum with payable in 2 cheques with security deposit of Dhs.3000/= (Refundable).
