Has any sold in IC recently - what's the market like for a one bed in Persia? I see on GulfNews that people are advertising 530K but do they sell for this and how quickly? Can anyone recommend a good reputable agent?

I am heading to Dubai to take ownership of my aprtment in IC Eng. I 've been told to pay the final intslments etc and pick th keys up from the agents office. Is it as easy as that,I'm only out there for 1 wk. I want to either sell or rent, which ever is quicker...any advise.

What is a relistic guide price for a 1bed (937 sq ft) aprtment on 2nd flr of England cluster. Also the estimated rent. For rent is it adviseable to furnish the apartment or leave it unfurnished.

To these who had questions about selling or renting, I had good expereince with Black Arrow Real Estate suited in Int. City, once my apartment was ready basically I wanted to rent the, I met with the guys in the afternoon and told them to rent and gave them one extra key, by evening had a message on my cell that if i like, they can book for 55 K with three cheques, I said yes.

I have a studio in Spain building S2 which I would like to sell. The buidling owner has already got the possession but it may take another week or so to get in my name. Can anyone please advise me on the following:

1. What is the expected selling price of a studio in Spain

2. Since I want to sell it, what is advisable - to sell it BEFORE I take possession or AFTER it? I am more concerned about the money I will get in my pocket in both cases.
