As per told by agent property is ready and the building in X-1 is it good location? and what rent i sould get of it? price quoted by him is around 385-390 K ( Including Transfer and all.? What futuer charges will be paid my me? If it let on rent then ?

i dont think the exact location is that important

lets say we have england sector buidling X1 and X5 it will be roughly of the same value even if one on the ring road and one facing the main road

as you go up in levels floors the price will increase by approx 5000 AED maybe more now (need to ask a sales agent)

regarding your expected rent you can go to the rent section on this forum for prices
you need to do some work all the information is avaliable heer you just need to research

what i can say is you have come to the right place for your research

i think your buying price is very good if everything is included and you dont need to pay commision or transfer charges
