A very good mate of mine went to dubai two weeks ago to collect the keys from gowealthy, for his one bedroom apartment in france section, he met a family at the city tower 11 office, whilst collecting the keys, the family was asking about 1 bedroom availabilty in i/city, gowealthy only had a couple of shops and a studio, so my mate said give me 800,000 for a laugh on the way down in the lift they shared, which the family responded by saying " our limit is 750,000dhms " the deal was done by the time they left the building, and my freind is a very chappie indeed!

Just wondering - when we first bought our studio in Greece we paid a premium for purchasing on the top floor. The prices that I see now don't appear to reflect that. Sellers are asking around 410,000 all in but should it be more than that depending on the position? Or less if it's ground floor?

Would appreciate any replies on this.
