I booked a villa 3 bedroom in Escape. I have paid 5%. I have difficulties in finance and I will not able to continue. Can it be transferred another buyer returning my 5%? Give me your valuable suggestions and the options I have.

Depending when you bought it, you might have made a profit on your 5% even now, so I would have a chat with GoWealthy as they are the main agents (+971 4 361 8686) to see if they have a buyer or if they can sell it for you at a small profit quickly.
